Fresh food, every day

The way we see it, food is at its best when its fresh, wholesome and uncomplicated. All our food is handmade daily in our kitchens with the same carefully selected, high quality ingredients you would use at home, but with the skill of our chefs to create wonderful and interesting recipes. You won’t find any ‘sell by’ dates on our food.

In our stores you’ll find quiche, baguettes, pastries, delicious cakes and biscuits. We like to introduce new food regularly, you’ll see it ‘auditioning’ to make it into our permanent range, so if you have a favourite, be sure to let your barista know.

Delicious, natural flavours

Our Korycinski cheese is from a small family run company in Korycin who share our philosophy and devotion to excellent food. Led by Ania and Tomek, their cheese is carefully handcrafted and slowly matured to create the most exquisite flavour.

We do everything from scratch

All the logistics of our food activities is based in our kitchens, both at the back of our stores, and in our bakery where the ingredients are delivered. Cheese, vegetables and meat, all arrive here. They are marinated, cooked, seasoned and packed.

Deliveries leave our bakery around 5am to reach our cafes before the first customers arrive. We prepare by hand hundreds of dishes daily. Everything must be fresh.

Freshly baked daily

Our bread is the basic element that allows us to build the entire dish. Baked on levain sourdough that gives the bread its characteristic cracks and makes it crunchy. And what is most important to us, no stabilizers or preservatives are used during baking.
